Packing List for Spring Break Tour

Hello tourists and families! Please find below a few things that will help us on our way on our spring break tour. Remember…….It is always sunny in Philadelphia! (Of course we aren’t going to Philly but it should be noted)

1.    There will be a dedicated tour kit for games and track suit for walk about. Tour kit will be handed out on Saturday 3/12/16 at STH in Coach Mills Room Please be there by 10 AM to receive kit.
2.    DO NOT LOSE, GIVE AWAY or otherwise forget these items prior or during tour or no play for you.
3.    We will meet at IAH George Bush Airport on Monday 3/14/16 at 10:45 AM at Terminal C. Please enter the terminal in an orderly manner and use indoor voices. REMEMBER: We are not the only travelers in the world and we need to NOT clog up aisles or access points, leave stuff around or generally be rude, annoying, or foolish. DO NOT BE LATE! EARLY OK LATE NOT FEASIBLE. Please remember we have no on board travel professional with us this year so Coach Wolf will be taxed to the limit and we don’t want (I hope) to kill him off with extra stress.
4.    Please remember that this is a RUGBY trip. Players will be required to participate in all team activities together. Side trips to visit Aunt Lucy will have to wait till next family vacation. Cell phones may be collected and not used in the bus so kids will not be on 24/7 access plan. (team building)
5.   Photo IDs MUST be with kids to get on the plane(s). If the player only has a student ID he must have a COPY of birth certificate. All players must copy their ID/BC/PP/or TDL on 1 sheet of paper and give to Coach Wolf as a backup.  Please supply an additional page with copy of health insurance card just in case.
6.    If your son has a dangerous/serious food or other allergies please advise Coach Wolf so I can pass on to the host families.
7.    It MAY be cold!
8.    Pack efficiently please. Luggage fees for non carry on items are the player’s responsibility. Carry on should be kit bag and small back pack maximum (back pack counts as purse) we are taking public transit in some cases and don’t have room for a lot of bags. DO NOT BRING EXCESS OR OVERSIZE LUGGAGE Players are responsible for any extra baggage fees Bags will be collected in Morristown and transported to Newark for us so we can go to NYC on the train.
9.    Please advise staff (Coach Wolf) of any medications or medical needs for the players.
10. Please have all contact and insurance info available for Coach Wolf. Magnus should be accurate IF it is updated and operating but we don’t want to take a chance.
11. Relax and know that your kids are going to have a wonderful experience.
