USA Eagle - Kingsley McGowan

Former teammates Coach Conor Mills and Kingsley McGowan with Coach Brett Mills

The Eagles are very proud of Varsity XV alumni Kingsley McGowan (2010) who recently got his first start for the United States Men's National team when they played Argentina at BBVA stadium. Kingsley is the first former Eagle to get a start as a senior men's player and has accomplished some amazing things since his graduation.  He was a three-time Collegiate All-American at St. Mary's University where he started for two national championship teams.  He was also part of the USA U-20 squad that won the Junior World Cup (2013).  Kingsley had been playing for Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland before being called up for duty with the USA Falcons 7s squad (coached by another former Eagle Andrew Locke, 03) for international competition in Chile and Argentina.  Kingsley captained the squad while touring and it appears he will be joining the Men's 7s squad in Hong Kong soon.  Congratulations to Kingsley, we could not be prouder and we wish you the best as you continue your stellar career!  Eagle Fight Never Dies!

Goff's Rugby Website

The coaching staff would like to recommend Alex Goff's rugby website, the Rugby Report.  There have been a number of great articles on there lately about Eagle rugby and it also gives you a good idea of how the competition is faring.  Enjoy!
